The Furrion 15k a/c is a great option and you actually have a couple different routes you could take for making the swap.
One option would be using the Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System # FR55PV that you were looking at. This would be a complete a/c kit and would require that you replace both the rooftop unit and the inside components in your 5th wheel.

I do have a way to help you figure out what you need, but we unfortunately don't have a database with those exact parts so we will have to go the old fashioned way of taking some measurements.
From what I could find I believe that you have tandem 7,000 lb axles with double-eye leaf springs. If you can verify this as well as what your leaf springs measure from the center-eye to center-eye that will help us to identify that part of your suspension.
